Supervisory of Reinforced Concrete Works, Masonry Works, Facade Works

Daily Monitoring: Conducting daily inspections of ongoing reinforced concrete construction and installation works at the site.

Quality and Compliance Control: Ensuring that reinforced concrete construction technologies, work volumes, and quality meet the project specifications and comply with applicable normative and technical standards.

Documentation and Verification: Preparing and confirming project drawings, specifications, installation
instructions, and agreements. This includes inspecting and verifying forms, identifying inconsistencies or defects during the execution of work, and ensuring timely correction. Additionally, overseeing laboratory tests and measurements conducted by subcontractors and contractors to ensure compliance with normative- technical documents.

Communication: Maintaining constant communication with the project architect, engineering systems designer, contractors, project manager, and all other stakeholders involved in the project.

Material Quality Control: Ensuring that all materials used meet the required quality standards.

Photo Documentation: Producing daily photographic documentation of the construction process.
